Paper materials, tell us paper kind and paper grams,or reply our three questtions,
What product will be loaded into the boxes? And how many KGS? And how many boxes will be stacked at most?

Finishing, film lamination or glossy varnishing.

Detailed explanation as follows,
 
1.
Printing: One-stop offset and flexo printing box purchased at our factory

Offset Printing Box is more high-end , beautiful printing effect,any printing content is allowed.
It can be used for single layer box and corrugated box.
About the corrugated box,we first print out the color paper, then glue color paper and corrugated paper together.
We can make various finishing on the box,such as film lamination,glossy varnishing, UV coating,hot stamping,PE inside,Spot UV,embossing/debossing and perforation.
Offset printing ,4C (CMYK) printing is usual. 4C+2C is a limit.
 
Flexo Printing Box is usual, common printing effect, simple printing content is allowed.
We directly print the corrugated board.
We make the following finishing on the box ,such as waxed,water-proofing additive and perforation.
Flexo printing ,2C printing is usual. 4C is a limit.
 
2.
Box type , It decide the paper area for the box.
Send some photos or artwork to show box type to us.
Or choose the attached box type photos.
 
3.
Size, The lid is Length*Width ,another line is Height.. So please send the size as per the requirement ,otherwise it is easy to calculate the wrong prices for you.
 
4.
Paper material , single layer paper ,single wall ,double wall

If you know the paper kind and paper grams, please send us.
If you don’t know, please supply the following information:
What product will be loaded into the boxes? And how many KGS? And how many boxes will be stacked at most?
 
Single layer paper:
white card paper, both sides are white, one is glossy ,the other is matt.
white duplex paper, one side is white ,the other is grey.   One side is glossy, the other is matt.
white coated paper, both sides are white ,both sides are glossy.
white paper, both sides are white, one side is glossy, the other is matt.
brown kraft,both sides are brown ,both sides are matt.
 
Single wall: E-flute (2MM Thick), B-flute (3MM Thick),C-flute (4MM Thick), They are made of three layer of papers. 
 
Color of both sides as follows,
Both sides are brown
Both sides are white
Outside is white, Inside is brown.
 
Double wall: BE-flute (5MM Thick),BC-flute (7MM Thick), They are made of five layer of paper.
 
Color of both sides as follows,
Both sides are brown
Both sides are white
Outside is white, Inside is brown.
 
5.
Finishing, it protect the printing,reinforce the box, change the paper to glossy or mat, and make the box more beautiful.

6.
Joint: glue, staple or directly folded.

Exported carton boxes are often glued or directly folded,
seldom stapled.
 
7.
Quantity: Bigger quantity ,better price!

Bigger quantity will reduce the whole cost on average.
If small quantity, die-cutting plate and printing plate are bigger cost.
